Qualitative language care – at your service
We offer services to check that prepared texts are correct and fluently expressed. Proofreading and language review are cost-effective ways to ensure that customers’ texts and external translations are appropriate for publication, in both source and target languages.
We examine the language of the text as a whole, as well as the spelling and terminology. When needed, we improve the text structure and readability. Language review is a good alternative if previously translated text has been obtained from another source in the original language, but when the quality of the material cannot be determined. Through proofreading, we examine the professionalism and correctness of a text prior to publication to ensure the proper communication of a message.
Proofreading is particularly important when ordering a translation of material that one has produced on one’s own, even if the material is in one’s native language. If the author is not a professional in text production or copywriting, the proofreader can improve the text significantly – and this in turn facilitates the next steps of the process.
